RIXOS Marine Villas
Project Overview
The project comprises five marine villas and a platform located approximately 200 m offshore. The steel structures are supported on steel piles driven into the seabed. The works were completed within six months in a demanding marine environment that required careful planning and specialized construction procedures, including the development and adaptation of equipment for water depths of up to approximately 5 m.
School Complex – North Obhur
Project Overview
Construction of a fully integrated school complex under an intensive schedule of less than seven months, with the works organized in two shifts totaling up to 16 working hours per day.
King Avenue Mall, Jeddah – Project Management
Project Overview
An integrated shopping mall surrounded by six towers, with a total built-up area of approximately 240,000 m². The development includes a steel structure weighing approximately 12,000 tonnes together with reinforced-concrete structural elements.
Panda Al Majardah – Structural Strengthening
Project Overview
The project involved strengthening the existing steel structure from within while minimizing impact on the existing structural elements and finishes. Specialized construction methods enabled the strengthening works to be completed without opening the roof or using external cranes, with a 10-year workmanship warranty.
